The Wellness Center, located on the lower level of the Smith Student Union,
is open Monday through Thursday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday 6 a.m. to Noon.
ALL fitness classes will continue all semester!

12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Stretching + Core with Bailey
5 to 6 p.m. Yoga with Dustin
6 to 7 p.m. Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Coach C

Tuesday
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Strength and Conditioning with Bailey
3 to 4 p.m. CrossFit with MilDawg Strength & Conditioning

Wednesday
3:15 to 3:45 p.m. Stretching + Core with Bailey
4 p.m. Spin with Brooke Sibley
